Be creative in
difficult times
It may sound like a contradiction or something almost possible to
achieve.
But the best way to find options and solutions in difficult times is
by
being creative and adaptable.
Most people feel totally overwhelmed and confused for a long term
when
they are facing hard times, and it is not easy to avoid feeling that
way,
but that will prevent them from finding ways to help themselves out.
After
any traumatic experience or shock, unfortunately, it is necessary to
understand
the new situation and try to adjust one's life to the new reality.
There is
not point living in denial or pretending life won't change. That will
make the
adaptation process even worse. Having economical problems is not the
exception of the rule.
1. Understand you need to make changes. If you don't evaluate your
situation
and make some changes, your economical problems will definitely get
worse.
2. Find ways to save money. In our newsletter we have been showing you
some
simple and practical ideas about how to reduce your expenses.
3. Become the administrator and manager of your own life. Plan ahead,
organize,
write down the ideas and projects about your future, expenses,
problems, ways to save money ...don't leave your life in the hands of the "fortune" or
chance.
4. When there is a problem, there is usually a solution. Don't just
spend all
your time worrying and getting stressed. Use your energy and abilities
productively in finding solutions. Write them down.
5. Consult the experts. Other people can help you by presenting
alternatives.
Having different options will facilitate choosing the one that works
better
in your case. It is always better to make an informed decision than
just improvise.
